 Who Am I?

If there is one thing this work exposes, it is that we are an ever changing, malleable expression of forces that play out in a physical way, in a physical reality.  I am deeply committed to a path of empowerment and growth. I know that change is possible, and it is often most profound when it is allowed physical manifestation. It is my goal to free the restrictions in your body that may inhibit your ultimate expressions.  My focus is to empower you through offering new options of movement and ways of being in your body that will match and compliment any way you wish to be in the world.

I admire, and align with Dr. Rolf’s inquiry of what it would be like to live in a population able to live at peace within the gravitational field.  What possibilities lie within the human species if there is ease and full expression within every body? “If we could create such a population, what would be its characteristics?  What would be the psychological characteristics, the behavior both of the individual and of a group composed of such individuals?  How would these more vertical individuals compare with the random, less conscious humans who tread the surface of the earth today?” Dr. Ida Rolf.  It is my desire to help explore such inquiries by being a bridge to the inherent health and organization, which lies within each body. I feel compassion for, and a commitment to, my fellow human being who is attempting vertical alignment. Why would we attempt verticality if the possibilities were not extraordinary? Ultimately, I am committed to our evolution as a species, and hold an enormous amount of love and respect for each of us here today consciously participating in this phenomenon.
